The Initial Meeting
Your initial meeting with Remodeling Innovations Group is the first step to developing the relationship of trust necessary to ensure your enjoyment of the remodeling process – trust in the quality of the craftsmanship, trust in the dependability of our team, and trust that you and your home will be treated as if it was our own.

Ask questions – lots of them. Talk about your ideas, hopes, concerns, and plans for your project. Ask about our experience, our vision, and our way of working. During this initial meeting at your home or project location, Remodeling Innovations Group will:

  • Discuss with you your vision and tentative budget. Your “budget” is very important because this will help us put together a proposal based upon your budget.
  • Take measurements and photographs
  • Make our recommendations, thoughts and/or ideas
  • Set up our next meeting to go over the proposal and drawings (when applicable)

The Second Meeting (Proposal)
Once the scope of work has been determined, Remodeling Innovations Group will present and review with you a detailed proposal of your project. At this meeting it is very important that both husband and wife or significant other attend. Reason for this is because we discuss in great detail:

  • Our Proposal
  • Drawings (when applicable)
  • Product specifications
  • Our project process

Once you are comfortable with Remodeling Innovations Group, the agreed upon scope of work, drawings (when applicable) and proposal, you are ready to start your project!

The Third Meeting (Contract)
This meeting usually takes place at your home. At this time, we will go over the proposal, finalize on any drawings, take final measurements, discuss our timeline and sign all the necessary paperwork.

Selections
Before we get started on your project it is very important that selections are made. Selections will be made at our preferred vendors showrooms. By working with Remodeling Innovations Group and our preferred vendors it allows you to look, touch and feel the specified products and options that will be used in your home.

Work Begins
We understand that the better you understand the steps of the process, the more comfortable you will be that all your expectations will be meet. The remodeling (construction) phase of your project can be a stressful time – Remodeling Innovations Group will do everything in its power to minimize the stress through constant communication. This includes you getting the same project schedule as our team members. The schedule will include the dates, times and who is coming in when. This eliminates a lot of questions as to what is happening when. We will also keep you updated through emails, texts or telephone calls. Remodeling Innovations Group and your project manager are available to discuss any questions that may arise and looks forward to working with you to ensure your total satisfaction.

Completion of Your Project
Our work is not complete until you are satisfied. The Remodeling Innovations Group team will work tirelessly to fulfill your every need and will never cut corners.
